Roast My Website Pro Analysis is a digital service delivered instantly after payment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Refund Policy
Refund available within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. If Pro Analysis fails to unlock, contact support and we'll fix it or refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at amitojsinghus@gmail.com with:
- Your name or email address used at checkout
- The approximate date of purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation
Since Roast My Website Pro Analysis is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel. You will never be charged again after your initial purchase.
Delivery Failures
If your Pro Analysis fails to unlock or is not delivered after payment, please contact us immediately at amitojsinghus@gmail.com. We will either resolve the issue and deliver your analysis, or provide a full refund.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or use of the service in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
