1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the “Roast My Website” service operated by Foundry Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Roast My Website is a web-based tool that provides automated website feedback and improvement suggestions. The service includes a free tier and a paid “Pro Analysis” tier ($3.99 USD, one-time payment). Pro Analysis is a digital service delivered instantly within the application after purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use this service or make a purchase. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & Access

No account registration is required to use the free tier. Paid purchases are processed through Stripe and associated with the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchase confirmation.

5. Payments & Pricing

The Pro Analysis is available for a one-time payment of $3.99 USD. All prices are inclusive. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect completed purchases.

6. Refunds

Refund available within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. If Pro Analysis fails to unlock, contact support and we'll fix it or refund. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Roast My Website service, brand, design, and code are the intellectual property of Foundry Studio LLC. The analysis results generated for you are yours to use as you wish. You retain all rights to the URLs you submit and the content on those URLs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our feedback will improve your website's performance, rankings, or business results. The service is informational and best-effort; it is not a substitute for professional web development, design, legal, or marketing advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foundry Studio LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
